FAQ

What is the process of booking you for a shoot?
As a first step, you send me a brief of what type of space you want me to shoot along with any photos (photos taken with a phone are ok). What is helpful is if you include the size of the space (number of bedrooms, living rooms etc.…), whether you need exterior shots and whether you have a specific number of images in mind. We then proceed to meet on site for a visit of the space that will allow me to familiarize myself with it and understand how the natural light behaves. Further to the site visit, I work out the cost of the shoot and after we agree on it, proceed.

After any shoot is completed, I send you low resolution unedited versions of all the photos that were taken, which you select from. My cost estimates usually include a set number of final images delivered. Once the selection is sent, I personally edit them and send you the final versions via a web link. If you want me to edit additional images above the initial agreement, we can agree on a unit price.

Prior to proceeding with any shoot, it is mandatory that the client issues a 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% will be paid after the final images are submitted and approved by the client (within a maximum of 30 days after final invoice is sent). Payment by bank transfer is preferred.

It depends on how big the shoot is but I usually give my clients an estimate of 10 to 14 days. In case the client is in a hurry, I don’t mind working on a few as a priority basis.

I unfortunately cannot send unedited or RAW versions of the photos, as I need to safeguard my creative control over any image I take. All my final submissions are issued as high resolutions JPG’s.

The minimum booking time is a half day shoot (4 hours).

Yes, I do. I can travel anywhere an assignment takes me to. Travel expenses such as flight tickets, hotel accommodation and transportation fees for me and my assistant are billed to the client.

If the shoot is cancelled within 72 hours of the agreed upon date, an amount equal to 50% of the shoot is charged. A shoot can be rescheduled provided that the date is within 30 days of the initial agreed upon date.
